The English breakfast with fruit, toast and hot waffles was delightful.

It made our trip to St Austell a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, but everything was fine.

Some of the staff were particularly busy.

Whole place was clean with lovely views; unbeatable location on the outskirts of At Austell.

Relaxing property, immaculately clean, very good service and excellent value.

I liked the hotel, it was huge and spotless, location was brilliant down into the town or up the hill. The staff were best, nothing too much trouble.

It's easy base for sightseeing and exploring St Austell. The rooms with a garden view and good shower.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was perfectly fine. I stayed in the room that was cleaned everyday and available with garden view as well as bathrobes. Location was absolutely perfect, 30 km to Newquay airport, perfectly reachable. Staff was super amiable and the service was excellent. Nothing too much trouble, I liked this hotel and would return here.

This intimate hotel was good value as contrasted with other options. Location was beautiful, staff were eager to help. The beach was awesome. Super bed, luxury bathroom and flat-screen TV, terrace and sound-proofed windows in the room.

Generally, its truly exceptional place, loved it. Good food, reasonably priced. Perfect location to Pondhu House.

Unrivaled location and good value contrasted with other options. I loved that place, the balcony was good. Staff was extremely helpful with flawless service. The pool was great and the garden - nice.

The whole place was spotless, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and had wonderful food and cleanliness. The room was cleaned everyday and available with good shower, a patio, garden view. Lovely garden outside.

I would recomand this absolutely charming hotel and would stay here again. I liked the compact rooms and attractive garden. I had freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff created a cozy atmosphere.

Outstanding food options. Lovely gardens, the place is 2 km away from the St Austell downtown. All in all a pleasant experience. The hotel met requests, I would like to stay longer.
